Romanian Ciorba
Ingredients:
2lb of beef
4-5 potatoes
3-4 tomatoes
1 carrot
2 onions
1/4 of a small white cabbage
dill and green parsley
1l of borş <--- crucial (and it's gotta be Romanian borsch, nothing else will do ...)
salt
Method:
Cut the beef in small pieces and boil in water. Take away the foam that will form, then add the vegetables (cut in small pieces), cover the pot and let it boil at low temperature. When the beef is boiled enough, add tomatoes (diced and peeled), and the borsch which had already been boiled. Let it boil for another 5-6 minutes. Enjoy!
